Our training centers around CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting. We don’t cherry-pick our workouts, and we don’t do more cardiovascular-based training, like some of our competitors. Here, we create well-rounded athletes that are proficient in all aspects of fitness.

Our atmosphere is made for regular people, not firebreathers. When you sweat with us, you’ll be working out next to stay-at-home parents, grandparents, executives, college athletes, and every other kind of person you can imagine. Head Coach, Scott Dunagan


Scott, also Owner and Coach at CFMD, is a living testament to what you can achieve with hard work and discipline. As a youth, he competed at an All-State level (high school) in both football and baseball -- the latter of which he continued in college. After graduation, Scott gained a significant amount of weight and suffered from high blood pressure. He decided to take control of his health and hired a personal trainer. With regular diet and exercise, he lost over 100 pounds but knew he was capable of something more. Scott didn’t want to be thin, he wanted to be strong.

One fateful evening, Scott stumbled across the CrossFit Games on TV. He realized it was the type of training he needed to take his fitness to the next level. He joined a local affiliate and purchased his own equipment for a home gym. Soon after, he earned his CrossFit certification and started training others. It was a long and bumpy road but CrossFit didn’t just change Scott’s body, it saved his life.

Coach, Kayla Victor


Kayla is a Coach and Marketing Manager at CrossFit Maximum Dosage with a diverse fitness background that includes kickboxing, sparring, Olympic Weightlifting (on a national level), and competitive cheerleading.

"I initially started CrossFit to lose weight and gain strength. I immediately fell in love with the positive atmosphere and attentive coaching. I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to join the team and make an impact on other athletes’ lives."

"As a coach, I believe in safety first. That means teaching proper movement that delivers the results you want without pain or injury. It may seem daunting at first, but slow and steady wins the race. We’re in it for the long-haul."

Coach, Phil Blacha


Phillip is an important part our CrossFit family. He grew up playing football and eventually went on to compete at a semi-pro level.

Although he’s led an active lifestyle, nothing prepared Phillip for the intensity of CrossFit training. After one workout, he felt a dramatic change in his body. So much so that he just had to keep doing it. 

As a CrossFit coach, Phillip focuses on strength and explosive training. If you want to increase your power and gains, he’s the man for the job.

Coach, Brandon Saverance


Brandon worked as a personal trainer for nearly 5 years before expanding his horizons and opening his own affiliate.

Brandon’s always been passionate about fitness and has earned multiple training certifications from both CrossFit and Pendlay Weightlifting. He also holds a degree in Occupational Therapy, which is a testament to his in-depth knowledge of kinesiology.
